solo project and art event for one night
ephemeral drawing frozen in 10 layers of ice in 10 days
celebration of the project and public event on 1.April 2001 (season’s finale)
followed by deactivating the cooling devices and slow melting of the image in ice
the only remnant of the event was the simulation of a snow cloud for visitors
to create unique ice crystals of their exhaled breath
the project was dedicated to the Japanese scientist Ukihiro Nakaya
who was a pioneer in mapping ice crystals and proofed that
each of them is built upon a unique and inimitable structure
